At Springwell, we believe every family deserves access to an exceptional education. Rather than offering a single financial aid program, we offer three tuition pathways designed to make a Springwell education more affordable while strengthening our school community.

🌱 Strong Start Scholarship

Investing in Young Learners.

The Strong Start Scholarship welcomes new students into our Lower Elementary program (Kindergarten–Grade 2).

We believe the earliest years are the most important time to invest in a child's education, nurture curiosity, cultivate student voice and confidence, and help families become established members of the Springwell community.

Many families discover that Springwell is exactly the kind of school they've been searching for, but tuition can make that first step feel out of reach. The Strong Start Scholarship lowers that barrier, making it easier for families to become part of our community during these formative years.

Students receiving the Strong Start Scholarship pay:

• Year 1: $10,000

• Year 2: $12,500

• Year 3: $15,000

Beginning in the fourth year, families transition to Springwell's regular tuition model, including Indexed Tuition, if applicable.

Because every child's educational program is unique, the Strong Start Scholarship may be modified or may not apply when a student's needs require a substantially greater level of staffing or school resources than is typical within Springwell's educational program.

📚 Income-Based Scholarship

When Finances Stand in the Way of the Right Fit.

Springwell believes finances alone should not prevent a child from joining our community.

Families experiencing significant financial hardship may apply for an Income-Based Scholarship. Awards are determined individually and may reduce tuition below the Strong Start Scholarship amount, including, in exceptional circumstances, full tuition support.

When we meet a child who is an excellent fit for Springwell, we don't want finances to be the reason they cannot attend. If we believe Springwell is the right educational fit for your child, we will do everything we reasonably can to make a Springwell education possible.

📊 Indexed Tuition

Tuition Tailored to Your Family.

We believe tuition should reflect a family's financial reality. Springwell School uses an Indexed Tuition model to support increased accessibility for students and families. We recognize that careers are significant in many ways beyond what the financial reward may be. To encourage those who have chosen careers whose primary reward may not be financial, we have introduced the Springwell School Indexed Tuition model.

Springwell partners with FACTS Management, an independent third-party service, to determine what each family can reasonably contribute based on income, assets, family size, and other financial factors.

A family's tuition will never exceed the amount determined through the Indexed Tuition process. Families wishing to be considered for Indexed Tuition must submit a new application each year so awards accurately reflect their current financial circumstances.

Do you accept students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)?

Yes. We have a number of students who have had formalized Individualized Education Programs (IEP) in their previous schools. The inherent structure of our school, combined with a student learning plan, allows our school to accommodate some students with learning differences. Our warm, nurturing environment naturally provides several common learning supports that diverse learners need. These include but are not limited to small class sizes, additional time to complete assignments, movement breaks, instruction at each child’s individual level, and meeting each child where they are at their academic level.

Students need to feel connected and engaged in their learning. At Springwell, the strong program of inquiry, combined with important foundation skills instruction, allows each student to develop a love of learning and a curiosity about the world around them. We assess each applicant on a case-by-case basis and accept those who fit within our program.
